The mission of Carmelina Films is to produce high-quality documentaries and other films that educate, enlighten, and inspire audiences. We work with distributors around the world to bring our films to both the big and small screens. We understand that media has the power to change the world in a positive way, and we take our roles as change-makers seriously.

Carmelina Films was founded by Nick Pernisco, an educator and 16-year veteran of the entertainment business. Mr. Pernisco has worked in various capacities in the entertainment industry, including audio engineer, music producer, actor, screenwriter, director, and film producer. He has a long track record of producing high-quality electronic media for niche and mass audiences. As an educator, Mr. Pernisco has taught media production and theory to college and university students throughout Southern California.
